In the end it’s all about giving you exactly the help you really need when you need it so that you can cope better with your everyday life.

The purpose of our first session is to get to know you and your life situation. We listen to you carefully to understand your specific problems, goals and wishes. On this basis, we develop a clear plan together that takes your individual needs into account. We translate your goals into small, manageable steps and schedule regular reviews so that you make continuous progress. At a later agreed time we will review what you have achieved and adjust the next steps accordingly. This allows us to respond flexibly to your progress and changes.

Our aim is to provide you with a solid and sustainable foundation that remains financially manageable. In addition, we offer monthly group meetings that give you the opportunity to exchange ideas with other single parents and benefit from their experiences. If you would like even more support, you can book additional individual coaching sessions at any time.

What can I expect from coaching for single parents?

  • The first step is to get to know you and your specific problems and work out goals together. You are not alone with your worries and fears.   • Once we have defined your goals, we break them down into smaller, more achievable stages. We plan clear steps and reviews for the coming weeks. This way, you can continuously monitor your progress and be happy when you reach milestones.
  • In our short 3 hour coaching programme we will meet two weeks later, to review what you have already achieved and to plan the next steps. After another three weeks, there will be a final individual session, which is also financially manageable.
  • Following these individual sessions, there is the option of attending group meetings. These are not only cheaper, but also offer you the chance to exchange ideas with other single mothers and learn from each other. These group meetings take place once a month. If you wish, you can of course book additional individual sessions.
