Single mum with 4 year old twins, with a proven track record of achieving her own goals. Astrid is focused and to the point. She also has an impressive list of clients that have achieved their goals through her coaching and training. She has given hundreds’ of women specific coaching on self-confidence, and has inspired many men and women as she is living life as a working single mum which especially in Covid times has had it’s challenges but Astrid has not just delivered her coaching work but also wrote 5 children’s books in lock down 2 of which are published already, the third one is coming out in 2 weeks.
