You are not alone with your worries and fears. Coaching offers you a safe space in which you can open up and talk about your difficulties. Together we will work out solutions and set realistic goals that are tailored to your individual situation.<\/li><li>Once we have defined your goals, we break them down into smaller, more achievable stages. We plan clear steps and reviews for the coming weeks. This way, you can continuously monitor your progress and be happy when you reach milestones.<\/li><li>In our short 3 hour coaching programme we will meet two weeks later, to review what you have already achieved and to plan the next steps. After another three weeks, there will be a final individual session, which is also financially manageable.<\/li><li>Following these individual sessions, there is the option of attending group meetings. These are not only cheaper, but also offer you the chance to exchange ideas with other single mothers and learn from each other. These group meetings take place once a month.
